Once an order has been successfully placed and accepted we'll send you an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the checkout process.
All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by Hedge Rose Flowers Ltd ("Hedge Rose"), and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Hedge Rose is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns and Refunds: Fresh cut flowers are perishable goods and cannot be returned. If a product is damaged or unsatisfactory, Hedge Rose will offer a replacement or refund, subject to inspection and approval.
Use of Website: Hedge Rose grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. Commercial use is prohibited.
